All Hot Mama Ink artwork, graphics and designs are the sole property of Hot Mama Ink, LLC.  Duplication, copying or use of the materials contained herein is expressly prohibited by law without express written permission of Hot Mama Ink, LLC. Violations of copyright laws including those laws as provided for in the Digital Millenium Copyright Act will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
 
Shipping
 
All Hot Mama Ink orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail.  If you require a different form of shipping please contact Hot Mama Ink to make arrangements and we would be happy to ship using a different provider for an addional cost.  Please email info@hotmamaink.com to find out more. 
 
Hot Mama Ink now accepts international orders. International shipping rates begin at $14. If you have any questions regarding placing an international order please email info@hotmamaink.com and someone will be happy to help you.
 

Return Policy

At Hot Mama Ink, it is important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are unhappy with an item you have purchased, please return it within 30 days of the date of invoice. We will gladly exchange your product or credit your account. Please note: All products must be returned in their original condition, unworn and unwashed with tags still attached, with a copy of the invoice and the reason for return included. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. If, for any reason, you would like to EXCHANGE a product, Hot Mama Ink will happily ship the replacement at NO SHIPPING CHARGE to you.

NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON SALE ITEMS.

How to Return or Exchange a purchase:
When you receive your purchase, examine it carefully. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the order you received from Hot Mama Ink, contact us by email at info@hotmamaink.com . We will then e-mail you instructions on how and where to ship the item back. Upon return and receipt of the product, Hot Mama Ink will exchange or credit the item, less appropriate adjustments for shipping handling. All products must be returned in their original condition, unworn and unwashed with tags still attached, with a copy of the invoice and the reason for return included.

NOTE: When shipping product back to Hot Mama Ink, customers should choose the same shipper as when the product was delivered as well as insure the item for full value should anything happen during shipping. Hot Mama Ink is not responsible for any item until after it is received. If damage occurs during shipping it will be the responsibility of the customer.
